How do I place a custom order for my school or team?

You can start your custom design in two ways: 1) Click the "Start Your Design" or "Request a Custom Quote" button on our homepage to fill out our design request form. 2) For existing school partners, log into your password-protected school portal to access your pre-set designs and pricing. A representative will contact you to finalize artwork, quantities, and pricing.

What is the process and timeline for a custom order?

The typical timeline is 7-10 business days from final approved artwork to shipment. The process involves: 1) Initial quote and design consultation, 2) Digital proof creation for your approval, 3) Production, and 4) Shipping. Bulk orders (25+ items) may qualify for discounted rates and extended production timelines will be discussed upfront.

What payment methods do you accept, and are there tax-exempt options for schools?

We accept all major credit cards, Venmo (via QR code at checkout for school stores), and cash for local pick-up. Registered schools and non-profits can be set up as tax-exempt. Please provide your tax-exempt certificate during your first order setup to have taxes removed for future purchases in your school's portal.

Do you offer bulk pricing for team uniforms or large fundraisers?

Yes, absolutely. We offer tiered discounts for bulk orders, typically starting at 12+ items. The best way to get an accurate quote is to use our "Request a Custom Quote" form with your estimated quantities, garment styles, and design complexity. We specialize in making school fundraisers profitable and team uniforms affordable.

What are your shipping and local pickup options?

We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination. For our local community in Bethel and surrounding areas, we offer free local pickup by appointment. You can select this option at checkout.

What is your return or reprint policy for custom items?

Because all custom apparel is made-to-order, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons of style, color, or size change. However, we stand by our print quality. If there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part, we will happily provide a free reprint. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 7 days for any issues.

How do I access my school's exclusive spirit wear designs?

Each school we partner with gets a private, password-protected online store. If you are a parent, student, or staff member, please contact your school's PTA, Athletic Director, or fundraising coordinator for the current password and store link. This portal shows your school's specific designs, colors, and pricing.
